At Sunshine Market, we believe that better food starts with better choices.

We are committed to sourcing eggs from 100% cage-free systems, prioritizing suppliers that support higher standards of animal welfare. From the beginning of our journey, (since 2013) we’ve chosen to work with partners who align with our values of responsibility, transparency, and conscious sourcing.

We recognize the concerns around battery cages and actively support practices that promote more humane farming systems. This commitment applies to the eggs we use across our store and café, as well as in future product development, whenever eggs are part of the recipe.

We continue to review our sourcing as we grow, always aiming to make decisions that reflect our values and contribute positively to the wider food system.
