Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 


If you are not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind after putting in the order through our website, please let us know within 1-2 hours of your purchase. Please line the shop at @sunshinemarketbkk or call us at 02-258-3424 to let us know that you would like to cancel your order. After notifying us, please email and include your order number and bank account detail so that we can process your cancelation request. The bank account details should include your bank, name of the account owner and bank account number. We will reply to the email confirming that we have received your cancelation request and process it within the next 1-2 days.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. If you have selected direct bank transfer at checkout, please provide us with your bank account number . If you used Paypal, please provide us with your PayPal ID in order to receive the refund.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • Bakery and fresh items are only allowed to be returned if spoilt. They must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
