C8 MCTs are the ESSENCE of coconut oil: you can take much less than standard MCT oil, making it last longer!

It is not just for upgrading your morning coffee: it is a very light oil with no smell or taste, causes no digestive issues, you can just drizzle it over anything - veggies, eggs, cooked meat, fish, or even sushi. Some even do over pasta or pizza just to add some good fat! Just do not use it as cooking oil, we recommend our Ghee Oil for stir-frying, which has much higher smoking point.
