Cooking Instruction 1. Dip one rice paper sheet in a bowl of water for 10 seconds and place the rice paper on a large flat plate. 2. Place the filling in the center of the rice paper. 3. Fold up the sides and roll up firmly to enclose the filling. 4. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
