Our Gluten Free Corn Flour is 100% stone ground on our slow-turning stone mill in our dedicated gluten free facility. This whole grain golden flour is a “secret ingredient” for many bakers and produces beautiful gluten free cornbread, muffins and corn pudding.
When baking with corn flour, you may need to add a binder like xanthan gum or guar gum. Also: do not use corn flour to make corn tortillas! Shop masa harina instead to create incredible fresh homemade tortillas.
