Mix 4 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) of psyllium into water, smoothie or sprinkle over cereal. Stir or shake briskly and drink immediately before it thickens. Can be enjoyed up to three times daily.
It is best to start with a smaller amount and gradually build up as your body adjusts. When including psyllium in your diet, it is really important to drink lots of water since it absorbs so much as it thickens.
