- Bring almond milk to a simmer. Make sure that it just simmers and not boiling.
- Squeeze some lime into the almond milk and let the mixture curdle.
- Let the mixture cool and pour it into a muslin cloth (cheese cloth).
- Use the cream remaining in the cloth as sour cream in your recipe.
