Bob’s Toasted Teff Porridge
Make this great porridge recipe from Bob’s Red Mill for a healthy and hearty breakfast.

Recipe:
1/2 cup teff
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
1 1/4 cups milk or plain non-dairy milk
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Suggested Additions
Agave nectar, liquid honey, brown rice syrup or pure maple syrup. Fresh or dried fruit.
- In a small saucepan, toast teff over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant. Add salt, 1 cup of milk and water. Bring to boil
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in vanilla.
- Server drizzled with remaining milk and any of the suggested additions as desired.
